Learning About Research

If you read a summary (or abstract) of a PRIMARY RESEARCH article, the RESEARCHERS make clear conclusions about what THEY found. Remember that research is accumulated evidence. One study supports OR contradicts previous work on the same subject. Medical decisions generally are not made on the basis of ONE STUDY.

Journal listings are outside the scope of this site. There are Journals covering every academic specialty. You can visit a University library to view actual editions or check out on-line virtual articles various ways.
(Note: Some research journal links are only accessible if you have paid for a Journal Subscription or Membership.)
